We want to show our thanks to you for being our Guests.
We want to show you what a portion the profits go to. With us
it is not just about Safaris, not just about Guest Houses, not just about a
transport company, but about the real pearl of Africa, its children.
As passionate as we are about Safaris, about our guest houses, just as
passionate we are about the children that we serve behind the scenes.
We serve children in the slums of Kampala, we have
several schools, and if you have time we love to have you visit one of them,
or our Church for Slum Children on Sunday mornings.
On
one of the nights of your visit we would love to have you see our
Children celebrate life. It is made up of a traditional instrument
orchestra, dancers and singers all enjoying themselves as they perform for
you.
Many of our visitors and guests have said that this was
one of the highlights of their visit to Uganda. The kids range in age
of 5 to 14 and are students in one of our schools. They represent
every background and social group in Uganda. They are keeping alive an
ancient art of song, dance and instruments that may soon be lost in Uganda
as Western music is embraced as the standard.
We will do our best to schedule a performance just for
you, our way of saying "thank you."
