Kampala is the capital city of Kampala and has many hotels available for visitors to use. Since it is the Capital City the hotel see it as an opportunity to charge more money. In November of 2008 the Commonwealth Heads of Government Ministers Meeting took place in Kampala and during that time Hotels began to raise prices in anticipation of that time. The present situation is that most hotels have not come back down to past prices, but remained high. High being that in many cases hotels doubled their prices, even the budget ones.

We have six Guest Houses located in the suburbs of Kampala, all within 10 minutes of downtown Kampala. Coming and going to the airport since you bypass the traffic jams of downtown Kampala that can have the roads locked up until past 9pm at night. The prices are reasonable at $25.00 USD per night per person with breakfast included. We have contained and non-contained rooms available

Dinner and Lunch are also served in our dining rooms by a well trained staff that understands Western likes and at the same time we can serve traditional Ugandan food if you so desire.

The guest houses are clean by any standard and well maintained and we have generators in case of load shedding power outages that are frequent in Kampala. All have internet access, cell phone rentals and of course we can provide you with transport to most any location in Uganda and East Africa.

Laundry service is available at a nominal cost to guests and snack service is also provided for our guests.

The guest houses are all gated and guarded by a Saracen Armed Security Service. Besides we are located in safe and better neighborhoods. Many restaurants are nearby if you desire to eat out. The guest houses provide the perfect beginning and ending for your Safari or your stay in Kampala.
